Accountant

Accountant for Accounts Payable role at Estrid (Stockholm office). Responsibilities include processing supplier invoices, coding costs and VAT, approvals, payment releases, bank reconciliations in Business Central, and partnering with VAT advisors. You’ll support cash-flow forecasting, VAT and month-end close, and drive AI-enabled process improvements using Claude and lightweight agents. Bonus points for MSPC with Microsoft Business Central, VAT handling, external advisory collaboration, and proven process-improvement experience. The role offers a paid internship with potential for permanent placement, 50–100% scope, and is based at the Stockholm City office. Requires precision, ownership, proactive communication, and a mindset for automation and critical evaluation of AI outputs against source data.
