Job Summary
Issue invoices, process supplier invoices, and perform reconciliations for suppliers, customers, and bank accounts. Maintain accurate accounting records, monitor outstanding balances, and support month-end procedures and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth financial operations. Requires 3–5 years of accounting experience, a degree in Accounting or Finance, and proficiency in Excel, Greek, and English. Salary ranges from €1,500 to €1,700 gross monthly with a 13th salary, offering a five-day week from Monday to Friday.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in an accounting position
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience with invoicing, bookkeeping, and account reconciliations
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English, both written and spoken
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a corporate, sports, hospitality, or commercial environment
- Experience using accounting or ERP software
- Knowledge of VAT procedures and general bookkeeping practices
