Job Summary
Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, applying manual payments, generating aging reports, and reconciling customer accounts. Record routine journal entries and bank transactions accurately, process accounts payable bills, and execute month-end closing activities with regular bank reconciliations. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness while maintaining compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Provide support to team members and collaborate across departments as required. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 1-2 years of accrual basis accounting experience are required. Regular and reliable attendance is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 1-2 years of accrual basis accounting working experiences including accounts receivable, journal entries, month-end closing and reconciliation, and bank reconciliation
- Regular and reliable attendance

- Ability to interact within all levels of the organization
- Ability to successfully plan, organize and manage projects
- Detail-oriented, excellent proofreading and editing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
