Job Summary
Coordinate journal entries, analyze accounts and specialized reports, and investigate discrepancies to provide decision-making insights. Perform general ledger entries including reclasses and accruals, manage unclaimed property accounting, and prepare for audits. Participate in process improvement projects to ensure effective accounting operations and compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulations. This role requires 2-3 years of accounting experience, familiarity with accounting standards, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Based in Vilnius with a hybrid schedule of onsite presence two to three times per week, Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting
- Familiarity with the accounting standards
- degree in Business Management/ Finance / Accounting or a related
- comfortable with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with others
- Good spoken and written English abilities
- Analytical skills
