Job Summary
Manage billing, record revenue, reconcile customer accounts, and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables. Prepare and issue customer invoices, credit memos, and billing adjustments while processing daily sales and cash receipts. Monitor aging reports, investigate billing discrepancies, and assist bank account reconciliations to maintain healthy cash flow. Work closely with operations teams and store managers to resolve account issues and generate AR aging reports. Assist with audits and reports, manage prepaid card inventory, and perform other accounting tasks. Requires 3 years of accounts receivable experience, SAP proficiency, and bilingual English and Korean skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 3 years of accounts receivable experience
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting principles, accounts receivable functions and procedures
- Must be able to work efficiently in a team independently
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Bilingual English and Korean
- General Microsoft office knowledge with proficiency in Excel including functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot tables
