Job Summary
Conduct accounting, control, and booking for ongoing business transactions across selected companies within the corporate network. Manage the full spectrum of bookkeeping including general ledgers, closing entries, reserve allocations, and VAT advance declarations while collaborating closely with creditor and debtor teams. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for individual entities under HGB and IFRS standards, supporting the creation of group consolidated statements. Perform independent coordination with other departments and ensure master data maintenance with regular account reconciliations. This part-time or full-time role offers 30–39 hours per week with flexible hours and 60% remote work, reporting to a top service provider in Cologne.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation als Bilanzbuchhalter (gn) und/oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- Mindestens erste Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung eines Unternehmens/Steuerberatungskanzlei bzw. einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft
- Gute Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften nach HGB
- Grundkenntnisse der internationalen Rechnungslegung (IFRS)
- Vertraut im Umgang mit einschlägigen Finanzbuchhaltungssystemen
- SAP R/3 oder S/4 HANA
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket (insb. Excel)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und mindestens gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
- ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Freude an der Teamarbeit
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und ein sicheres Auftreten, absolute Diskretion, Sorgfalt und Zuverlässigkeit
