Job Summary
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping including posting bank documents, incoming invoices, and dunning processes for accounts receivable. Handle asset accounting, bank closing activities with accruals and deferrals, and communicate with the Austrian tax office for FinanzOnline processing. Maintain data in MS Dynamics 365 Business Central and support monthly and annual financial statement preparation according to UGB. Perform simple controlling tasks and ad-hoc analyses while ensuring all accounting data remains up-to-date and correctly processed.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a comparable position
- Successfully completed professional training in accounting, bookkeeping and controlling
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Good English skills
Desired Qualifications
- User knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central
