Job Summary
Accountant to assist with daily operations of the Accounting Department in Liberty, MO. Responsibilities include performing general cost accounting, preparing periodic balance sheets, income statements, and P&L statements, maintaining the general ledger, coding invoices, reconciling accounts (bank, AR, AP), coordinating with external auditors, filing tax forms, and maintaining accounting software across McBee’s Coffee N Carwash and related companies. Required skills include extensive knowledge of financial and cost accounting, proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office, strong organizational and communication abilities, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with five years of accounting experience. CPA designation is preferred. This is a full-time in-office role based in Liberty, Missouri.
