Job Summary
Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial statements while processing accounts payable and receivable transactions. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, prepare and analyze financial reports including balance sheets and cash flow statements, and reconcile bank statements. Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal policies. Manage fixed asset schedules, assist in budgeting and forecasting, and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 3–5 years of experience, and proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS principles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving
- Knowledge of tax compliance and reporting
