Remote Accountant responsible for AR, AP, commission calculations, and reconciliations across LATAM and South Africa, maintaining accurate financial records; uses Salesforce, QuickBooks, Bill.com, and Excel/Sheets; collaborates with finance and sales teams and supports month-end closing to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or a related role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Bill.com (required)
- Experience using Salesforce (required)
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
