Job Summary
Accountant responsible for AR, AP, commission calculations, and reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records; collaborates with finance and sales teams, reports to Operations Manager, and supports month-end close and financial reporting using QuickBooks, Bill.com, and Salesforce in a fully remote environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or a related role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Bill.com (required).
- Experience using Salesforce (required).
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
