Accountant / 340B Program Analyst

Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, and variance analysis while assisting with budgeting, grant tracking, and internal and external audits. Oversee daily administration and compliance of the 340B Drug Pricing Program by monitoring HRSA regulations, completing annual recertification, and conducting audits to implement corrective actions. Analyze program performance, prepare financial and operational reports, manage contract pharmacy relationships, and support Ryan White reporting. Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Information Systems, and operational leaders to optimize program performance and ensure regulatory accuracy for underserved communities.
