Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years or CA (inter) with 7+ years or equivalent qualification
- Extensive experience in corporate accounting, audits, and taxation
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/Ind AS and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred)
- Analytical skills with ability to perform financial variance analysis
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Exposure to multi-entity, global operations or legacy integrations
- Ability to drive continuous improvement in financial processes and controls
