Job Summary
Serve as the Accountable Manager per FAA Part 145 requirements, overseeing day-to-day operations of the repair station. Ensure regulatory compliance, manuals, training, and audits remain current while leading maintenance, inspection, and administrative personnel. Manage production schedules, workflow, and quality standards to maintain customer satisfaction and commercial relationships. Collaborate with ownership on strategic planning, business expansion, and capitalization. This opportunity includes potential equity participation for candidates or firms interested in taking an ownership stake in the operation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a Part 145 Repair Station environment
- Strong understanding of FAA regulatory compliance and QA principles
- Proven leadership/management experience
- Ability to scale operations and build high-performance teams
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Business management or P&L experience
Desired Qualifications
- Technical aviation maintenance background
- A&P certification
