Accountability Coordinator

Job Summary
Accountability Coordinator manages attendance data and cross-department collaboration across systems (Nucleus, Infinite Campus, Jigsaw) to ensure accurate student attendance records; facilitates training and onboarding for new hires; oversees attendance-related workflows, data integrity, and communication with Attendance Specialists, technology/Equipment departments, and district leadership; coordinates with the District Appeal Board and legal guardians on withdrawal appeals; develops and implements training programs and standard operating procedures for the Accountability Department; requires a bachelor's degree in Education/Business/HR or related field and 2 years of virtual-school experience; proficient with MS Office and G-Suite; ability to travel up to 20%; home-based role with potential in-office requirements and occasional travel; strong analytical, writing, and public-speaking skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, or related field of study
- Two (2) years' experience in a virtual school setting, earning a "Meets" or "Exceeds" expectations in all categories at each year-end review OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
