Job Summary
Account Technology Lead responsible for the overall financial and operational performance of the technology services on a client account, including technology support and innovation, maintaining adherence to budgets, training and development plans, and providing employee feedback. Provides strategic and technical guidance for account team members, reviews project information to ensure technology delivery teams meet schedules and budgets, and serves as the central point of Client Relationship Management for the Cushman & Wakefield Technology Program on the client account. Leads and develops the Client Technology team to execute account strategy and operating model with an integrated platform approach. Oversees technology operational aspects of client applications, communications, reporting, and key metrics/SLA compliance. Acts as primary technology contact for the client, coordinating security & compliance with stakeholders in information security, compliance, network & engineering, asset, identity, and unified communications management. Job requires a Bachelor's Degree with advanced degree preferred, experience with real estate tech stacks, enterprise-grade Microsoft and web technologies, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and strong financial acumen. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Advanced Degree preferred in MIS, Business Intelligence, MBA or equivalent experience
- Experience with Real Estate applications including Corrigo, Oracle E1, Yardi Systems, Clarizen / Procore, Costar REM
- BI applications including MS Power BI, Tableau
- Experience managing enterprise grade Windows and web-based applications using Microsoft technologies; SharePoint, Visual Studio, .NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET and MS SQL Server as well as other web-based technologies including JavaScript, JSON and Web Services
- Extensive experience managing customer expectations and communicating with senior and executive management, including strong financial acumen
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies and transformation of large development projects from traditional waterfall way of working to an agile approach
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Experience leading technology programs on large client accounts
- Ability to provide strategic and technical guidance and maintain adherence to budgets and SLAs
