Job Summary
Account Support Specialist provides frontline support to the sales team and General Manager by entering customer and order details into the MIS, coordinating projects, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role emphasizes accurate order entry, quick responsiveness to customer inquiries, and collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure a world-class experience. The position includes a three-level CSR training program to build industry, product, and process knowledge and requires ongoing data maintenance in the CRM and proactive outreach to identify potential customers and support sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to learn and become an expert in the ordering platform in use
- Ability to problem solve and be solutions oriented
- Highly detailed with strong organizational and time management skills
- Understanding computer software, especially CRM systems and sales software
