Job Summary
Account Support Manager role focused on managing on-site delivery of software services and support for customers, including pre-sales, post-sales, or service delivery across standard IT environments. Responsibilities include delivering reactive and proactive activities under SLA to ensure customer satisfaction, providing direct post-sales on-site technical support, applying company solutions to meet customer needs, building relationships with account management, and setting customer expectations. Candidate should have technical knowledge, strong communication and problem-solving skills, experience with IT service delivery, and the ability to collaborate with teams to resolve incidents and drive account growth and retention. Education preference includes a Bachelor's or Associate degree in a technical field with 3-5 years of related experience; strong emphasis on customer-centric solutions and cross-functional teamwork.
Required Qualifications
