Job Summary
Account Support Analyst supporting sales representatives and channel partners with order processing, quotes, Salesforce/MBS case management, product training, and financing. Manages queues and orders with third-party vendors, oversees inventory levels, develops demand and production schedules, and leads process-improvement projects. Requires Bachelor's degree, strong typing (45 wpm), MS Office proficiency, knowledge of AI tools, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn enterprise AI tools. Graveyard shift may be involved; applicants must be based in Manila or Iloilo, Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Typing speed of at least 45 wpm
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Knowledgeable in AI tools and applications (e.g., AI Copilot, automation tools)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Strong English reading comprehension
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies
- Can be located in either Manila or Iloilo
- Must be in current role for 1 year (as stated in description)
