Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day management of a shift at a client site by interviewing and orienting new associates. Directly supervise, coach, and mentor Group Leads and associates while running pre-shift meetings. Track and report daily attendance, associate performance, and conduct. Assist with recruiting efforts, orientation, and training, as well as payroll approval and processing. Complete regular safety checks and accident reports. Requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of related experience, and proficiency in MS Office. Located in Henrico, VA.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- at least 2 years of related experience
- Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Communications skills, both oral and written
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
