Account Supervisor

Account Supervisor at Situation is responsible for leading day-to-day client operations and communications across arts, culture, and experiential entertainment accounts, owning full funnel marketing plans, managing budgets and internal/external collaboration, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The role emphasizes deep understanding of clients’ businesses, strong digital media knowledge (paid social, search, programmatic, email), leadership in cross-team coordination, and a proactive approach to refining marketing strategies while maintaining client relationships. In-office work four days per week in Midtown Manhattan with a focus on live entertainment and arts clients; salary range $90,000–$110,000 per year. The candidate should have a track record of client services or marketing experience in nonprofit arts or agency settings and excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
