Job Summary
Account Supervisor position on a maternity-leave contract (Full-Time, 9 months with potential for permanent) leading strategic and tactical client management in pharmaceutical advertising. Responsibilities include acting as primary contact for assigned accounts, managing client relationships with in-person workshops and on-site collaboration, developing understanding of client business and disease areas, partnering with internal teams to execute integrated digital and print marketing plans, supporting launch and new indication work, and overseeing budget management and forecasting in partnership with Operations while flagging scope changes and budget risks. Requires 5–7 years (or 4 with strong growth) in healthcare/pharma marketing, HCP marketing, launch experience, proficiency with MLR processes and Veeva Vault, and comfort traveling 5–10% to NY/NJ/PA for workshops. Based in the US with NY, NJ, or PA preferred. Strong mix of digital and print campaign management, ability to navigate ambiguity, and effective remote collaboration tools (Slack, Teams). The role excludes direct people management and is centered on owning projects and relationships from week one.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or healthcare marketing; 4 years considered with demonstrated strong career growth
- Proven HCP marketing experience, launch experience and new indication work
- Strong mix of digital and print campaign management
- Deep familiarity with MLR processes and Veeva Vault submissions
- Proficiency in Slack and Microsoft Teams for day-to-day collaboration
- Comfortable with ambiguity, direct communication, and informal client relationships
- Ability to travel 5–10% to NY, NJ, or PA for client workshops and on-site collaboration
- Based in the United States: NY, NJ, or PA preferred
