Job Summary
Manage operation execution for a premier dedicated contract customer by planning routes, forecasting freight volume, and assigning drivers while ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and company policies. Directly oversee daily workflow, including staffing levels, equipment availability, and driver performance metrics to improve customer service and reduce transportation costs. Prepare required reports for management and maintain communication with both the customer and drivers regarding delivery and backhaul locations.
