Job Summary
Support client relationships and oversee daily execution of retail campaigns and social boosting initiatives. Act as a primary contact for assigned performance media accounts, ensuring clear communication on client goals and developing briefs that align with expectations. Maintain accurate account documentation and follow up on the internal creative asset pipeline to ensure timely delivery. Review creative outputs against performance best practices and partner with project management and billing teams to manage financial routines and account data. Ensure timely delivery of performance reports by collaborating with specialized teams to maintain a high-level view of campaign results.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience as an Account Manager within the creative/media industry
- Proven experience in client services or account management within the advertising, digital media, or creative industry
- Understanding of digital media landscapes, specifically paid social boosting and retail campaign dynamics
- Commercial awareness with an analytical ability to interpret performance data, spreadsheets, and financial reports
- Familiarity with creative workflows and asset production processes
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to communicate with confidence, using strong interpersonal skills to negotiate priorities, mediate crises, and foster healthy client and team relationships
