Account Supervisor - H+H, NYC/Bellevue

Lead a team of Surgical Solutions Technicians at hospital sites by interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching staff while overseeing scheduling, on-call coverage, and timekeeping. Serve as the primary on-site contact for hospital leadership, conducting regular check-ins to maintain service quality and managing supply ordering, inventory control, and resource planning. Provide direct clinical support during surgical procedures, troubleshoot equipment issues, and maintain sterile field integrity. Ensure accurate case documentation in the SCMP platform, resolve rejected cases within 24 hours, and promote CRCST certification across the team. Work standard and rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
