Job Summary
Lead internal client teams and manage primary day-to-day client contacts, including setting expectations, managing deliverable quality, and presenting recommendations that drive innovation. Identify merchandising opportunities to grow the account and revenue, while overseeing budget management, billing, and forecasting. Act as a gatekeeper to mitigate risks and develop scopes of work or quarterly business reviews. Coordinate cross-functional resources and assist team leads in delivering exceptional client satisfaction. Full-time permanent role in New York with a salary range of $72,000 - $105,000. Requires 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree.

- Responsible for getting the best work/creative out of the team and selling it to the client
- Demonstrates strong presentation skills

- Follows the tenants of Trusted Advisor to the clients
- Exhibits in-depth knowledge of the client's business
- Acts judiciously when making decisions for the client, the team & direct reports
- Leads by example
- Establishes the tone & culture of the team
- Anticipates & proactively addresses challenges/issues
- Conduct themselves with character & integrity
- Required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles)
