Job Summary

Account Success Manager responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, guiding onboarding and adoption, organizing webinars/events/case studies to strengthen the customer network, identifying customer needs to tailor solutions, creating strategic plans for long-term client growth, and communicating proven strategies to drive success. Hybrid onsite role based in NYC with 4 days in the office; focus on renewals, upsells, and customer satisfaction through feedback and collaborative action plans.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success role, specifically at B2B growth-stage startups
  • Owned the full client lifecycle, renewals and upsells
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Experience guiding onboarding and adoption
  • Ability to create strategic plans for managing client relationships
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Fast learner and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
