Account Specialist, Supply (Vietnam Based)

Job Summary
Contact high growth supply partners to highlight revenue growth opportunities and maximize value while encouraging new partners to complete online registrations. Drive program participation through focused project sprints and communicate efficiently via phone, email, messaging, and webinars. Train partners on Agoda's technologies, tools, and models while prioritizing daily tasks, monitoring results, and tracking progress in internal systems. Maintain minimum of 10 meaningful conversations daily with partners across Vietnam market hours and public holidays. This role supports the Growth and Accelerator team's mission to develop win-win relationships with emerging accommodation partners, leveraging Agoda's unique portfolio to increase visibility and deliver significant revenue.
Required Qualifications
- Vietnamese and English Language skills
- Demonstrates basic computer skills
- Able to support Vietnam market and following the business hours & public holidays in Vietnam
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in business development or execution role preferred although fresh graduates welcome to apply
