Job Summary
Account Specialist at GracoRoberts responsible for entering quotes and orders, reviewing quality clauses, maintaining customer profiles, ERP data entry, generating reports, coordinating with the Technical Account Manager, and promoting customer registration on our e-commerce site. Requires strong verbal/written skills, proficiency with Office Suite, excellent organization and data-entry accuracy, and 1+ year in account management or customer-facing data-entry. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one years' experience in similar account management experience or directly interacting with customers an entering data with high accuracy.
Additional Requirements
- ITAR export regulations require US citizenship, lawful permanent resident status, or eligibility to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
