Job Summary
The Account Specialist will be accountable for delivering insights and information to support a key multi-industry retailer partner. Responsibilities include enhancing relationships, providing market performance reporting and data analysis, designing actionable presentations, managing projects, integrating data into decision-making processes, and delivering recommendations. The role requires strong client service skills, data analysis capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Ideal candidates will have a background in retail inventory planning, market research, or client service, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of experience in client service, analyst role, or related fields
- Ability to conduct engaging and impactful presentations
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and strong work ethic
Desired Qualifications
- Proven success in data pulling, formatting, and analysis
- Solid presentation skills to groups of all sizes
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Able to interact proactively with multiple teams
- Expert in all MS Office products (Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of NPD proprietary software or experience with other database platforms desirable
