Job Summary

Coordinate project plans and work activities to ensure program milestones, contract requirements, and client deliverables are achieved. Monitor program performance through reporting, data analysis, and status tracking to support continuous operational improvement. Assist with implementation and launch activities, including coordinating meetings, documentation, and training. Support client engagement by preparing agendas, developing status reports, and serving as a backup point of contact for key stakeholders. Develop and deliver presentations and training materials for internal teams and external clients. Track RFP opportunities, evaluate solicitation relevance, and maintain opportunity data to support business development efforts. This role requires a Bachelor's degree or five years' experience in business administration, healthcare, or human services, with local, statewide, and national travel. The salary range is $65,000-$70,000.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years' experience
  • 3-5 years' experience in business administration, healthcare, human services or public sector
  • Experience with a health or human services agency or managed care organization
  • PMP
  • Excellent client relationship skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to speak publicly effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability in building and maintaining business relationships with clients by coordinating efficient and effective services
  • Ability to think and work independently when necessary and collaborate across teams to get needed information
  • Ability to and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Local, statewide, and national travel
