Job Summary
Account Specialist with Fire division needed to deliver customer service to internal partners and external customers. Responsibilities include handling customer calls, prompt issue resolution, data entry, assisting in account reconciliation, preparing reports and invoices, processing new accounts and orders, and supporting miscellaneous projects. Role also involves outbound calls to obtain information or follow up to resolve issues. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to proofread/edit documents. 1+ year customer service experience required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
