Job Summary
Account Sourcing Buyer to lead end-to-end RFx processes, execute regional sourcing strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and manage the procurement lifecycle across the EMEA region. Responsibilities include implementing annual sourcing plans, conducting RFx processes and e-auctions via Jaggaer, delivering savings (hard savings, cost avoidance, and value-added initiatives), managing risk and compliance with contracting standards, monitoring supplier performance with KPIs/SLA, supporting regional sourcing programs, providing due diligence and cost analyses, and presenting tender results for internal sign-off. Requires strong procurement expertise, analytical and negotiation skills, ability to drive cost transparency and savings, and advanced MS Office proficiency. Fluent English (additional Western European language preferred).

- Data-driven savings identification and financial evaluation skills
- Organizational ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Customer service orientation and stakeholder engagement
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Fluent English; additional Western European language preferred

- Customer service orientation with commitment to solving requests and problems while maintaining strong collaboration, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams) with ability to create compelling presentations and comprehensive analysis
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) with additional Western European language capabilities preferred
