Job Summary
Senior Solution Engineer for the Intelligence Community within Salesforce National Security. Lead technical and mission discovery with IC customers, architect secure Agentforce-based solutions in classified environments (case management, analyst workflows, data aggregation), design POC use cases, prototype solutions, present architecture to IC leadership, support RFI/RFP responses, collaborate with SNS Account Executives and Capture Managers, and build reusable assets. Must have 7+ years in enterprise SaaS/CRM, CS degree (or higher), hands-on development and AI fluency, and current TS/SCI clearance. Strong focus on security, data architecture, and mission-readiness within IC programs.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Solution or Sales Engineer
- Degree in Computer Science (B.S., Master's, or Ph.D.)
- Hands-on SaaS configuration
- Data Architecture
- Front End development
- Object Oriented Programming (Java, C#, Python)
- Knowledge of LLMs, RAG/grounding, agentic engineering patterns
- Strong discovery and MVP scoping skills
- Familiarity with IC-specific compliance frameworks
- Current TS/SCI clearance (required at time of hire)
- U.S. citizenship required
- Strong written, verbal, and whiteboard communication skills
- Preferred Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform Developer, Public Sector Solutions
