Job Summary
Provide administrative support to the Call Center and project a professional image through mail correspondence and website email responses. Manage data in spreadsheets and reports, enter Centrix disputes, mail 30-day letters, and assist with maintaining the department procedure manual. Establish secondary account relationships and process CD maturity instructions. Collaborate with Call Center staff to enhance the member experience and meet service expectations. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional demeanor. Part-time role with one remote day weekly and potential hybrid schedule after 90 days; located at MECU Corporate Headquarters in Downtown Baltimore.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (GED in lieu of HS Diploma)
- 1 year administrative experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient PC skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain and manage data in spreadsheets and reports
- Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills
