Job Summary
Coordinate and assist with standardized technology integrations for external firm onboarding, implementation, and operational readiness. Perform control reviews, data validation, and recurring reconciliation processes to ensure financial accuracy and data consistency. Execute scheduled processing events for alternative investment trading calendars and reconcile transaction records against internal reporting. Serve as a point of contact for clients and brokerage firms to address account inquiries and resolve data gaps. Develop procedural documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in client services or a related field
- Background in the financial services industry
- Familiarity with operational standards, including SEC, IRS, and prospectus regulations
- Understanding of retirement products such as IRA, Simple IRA, and other plans
- Proficiency in mutual funds and alternative investment products
- Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to troubleshoot using innovative and critical thinking
- Strong multitasking, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proactive, strategic, and detail-oriented with a dedication to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
