Job Summary
Account Services Representative responsible for end-to-end account management and coordination of advertising schedules across multiple departments (Advertising Sales, Inventory, Strategic Planning, Commercial Operations, Finance and Billing). Duties include monitoring upfront and scatter deal orders, understanding products/capabilities to propose solutions to advertisers, serving as the primary contact to ensure proper maintenance of advertiser schedules, supporting agency relationships, scheduling commercials and coordinating brand allocations, reconciling discrepancies, sending change notices, and circulating recap packages. Collaboration with Sales Planner, Account Executive, and Marketing to ensure proper booking and execution of marketing elements; identify and resolve invoice discrepancies and adjustments. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; hybrid in-office schedule (Monday–Thursday onsite, Friday remote with flexibility); unrestricted US work authorization; 18+; overtime as needed. Desired skills include strong communication/interpersonal abilities, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, detail orientation, deadline-driven work, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Must be able to work out of the offices in a hybrid capacity (minimum in-office four days per week)
- Must be able to work overtime, as needed
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States now and in the future
- Must be 18 years or older
