Job Summary
Serve as subject matter expert for deposit-based products, electronic offerings, and specialized account processes including IRA administration, decedent accounts, and trust matters. Engage with members and non-members via remote channels to provide consultative financial solutions, open new accounts, and process account changes, check orders, and debit card requests. Fulfill lead generation requests through the CRM system, interview loan applicants, and prepare applications for distribution. Utilize sales tracking and data warehouse tools to analyze member engagement and educate clients on low-engagement areas. Perform quality control duties, compile reports, and assist management with SOP reviews. Complete date of death figures for inheritance tax filings and manage RMD correspondence.
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years of similar or related experience
- Exceptional knowledge of deposit products
- Exceptional knowledge of electronic services
- Exceptional knowledge of specialty processes completed in Account Services
- Knowledge of interviewing skills
- Knowledge of conversational techniques
- Ability to apply broader aspects of established practices to situations which go beyond clear, concise guidelines
- Intermediate working knowledge of Word
- Intermediate working knowledge of Excel
- Advanced knowledge of Better Lobby
- Advanced knowledge of Data Verity
- Advanced knowledge of Meridian Link (XA)
- Advanced knowledge of Symitar
