Job Summary
Account Services/Customer Services Representative supports account teams and customers to ensure on-time manufacture and delivery of branding products. Key responsibilities include proactively communicating order status, shipment schedules, lead times, and delivery commitments; creating, editing, and acknowledging sales orders manually and via electronic portals; identifying special requirements and relaying them to Production planning; monitoring open sales orders and coordinating with Production Planning and Shipping to ensure on-time delivery; maintaining customer and part-specific master data (billing and ship-to information, part numbers, cross-references, pricing); coordinating with internal teams to support customer performance; investigating concerns and coordinating cross-functional resolution of order, shipment, quality, or invoicing issues; maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of customer service experience
- Associate or bachelor's Degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Excellent and proven organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple customer requests and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications; Advanced Excel experience a major plus
- Detail-oriented individual
- Ability to learn customer-specific ordering, forecasting, and supplier portal systems
- Demonstrated professionalism and strong verbal communication skills when interacting with customers and internal teams
- Experience supporting customers in a manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, or industrial environment preferred
- Experience working within an ERP system preferred; Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus
