Job Summary
Manage end-to-end order fulfillment by originating inside sales, taking orders via phone or email, and tracking shipments from placement to invoice. Process paperwork, confirm orders to purchasers, and analyze logistical options to coordinate with logistics companies and track deliveries. Maintain account systems, manage aged receivables, and handle customer grievances, returns, and pricing requests while ensuring timely order completion. Work in a noisy, dusty manufacturing environment with occasional overtime and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- AA degree
- 3 years' Account Services experience in a Manufacturing Industry
- 3 years' general administrative experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Excel experience
- Must be able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
- Walking or standing for brief periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Able to extend arms with hands over the head or at shoulder height
- Hold, grasp, or turn with the use of hands
- Touch, pickup, and pinch with the use of fingers
- Kneel, stoop or bend downwards and forward
- Express or exchange ideas by means of spoken word
- Able to hear, understand and distinguish speech and/or other sounds such as machinery alarms
- Near and far visual acuity
- Must be able to read and write English
- Able to work occasional overtime and weekends as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years' Account Services experience in a Manufacturing Industry
- Logistics experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, advanced proficiency
- Must be able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
- Walking or standing for brief periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Able to extend arms with hands over the head or at shoulder height
- Hold, grasp, or turn with the use of hands
