Account Services Manager / Deal Desk Analyst, SmartSense (Mishawaka, IN - Hybrid)

Manage and execute quoting workflows within Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite, ensuring quotes are accurate, properly configured, and delivered on time. Own the account transfer process end-to-end, coordinating with customers and internal teams when ownership changes, and process account consolidations to accurately restructure accounts. Handle billing exceptions by researching discrepancies and partnering with the Billing team to resolve them quickly, while acting as the primary point of coordination for account changes with downstream financial implications. Triage unassigned sales-focused emails and phone calls to direct them to the correct Account Executive, and manage voicemails on the sales generic line to ensure no leads fall through. Serve as a trusted connector between Sales, Billing, and Operations, proactively communicating status updates and escalating process improvement suggestions to leadership. This role serves as a launching pad for a career in sales, offering hands-on experience with the full customer lifecycle at SmartSense by Digi and Jolt.
