Job Summary
Drive wireless, home services, and business sales to exceed monthly goals and unlock uncapped commission opportunities. Serve as a knowledgeable consultant for customers by staying current on devices, plans, and home services while delivering exceptional service with integrity. Represent the C Spire brand with professionalism in one of our retail locations. This part-time role requires an irregular schedule including evenings and Saturdays, with special consideration for candidates with two or more years of sales or customer-facing retail experience.
Required Qualifications
- One year of customer service or sales experience or a bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for technology and a commitment to staying current on new devices and plans
- Ability to work a part-time irregular schedule that includes some evenings and Saturdays
- Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays in a flexible schedule shared by other department members
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs. of materials
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, have finger/wrist/arm mobility, and finger dexterity to use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing a computer screen
Desired Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in sales or in a customer-facing, fast-paced retail environment
- A proven track record of hitting goals and advancing professionally
