Account Service Representative (Personal Banker)

Conduct daily retail operations by meeting with members to assess banking and lending needs, recommending appropriate accounts, loans, and additional products. Assist with enrolling in credit union products, managing certificates, IRAs, and HSAs, while serving as a Notary Public and Signature Guarantor. Process consumer loans, make outbound calls to inquire about lending needs, and perform various member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Maintain an active knowledge base of account types, services, policies, and procedures, ensuring all required documents are completed accurately. Open and close safe deposit boxes, balance cash machines, and manage the cash drawer daily. Answer telephone inquiries and support branch goals by striving to meet cross-sell and lending targets. Open and close the office on a rotating basis or when necessary, serving as Saturday manager or backup Teller/Member Service Representative.
