Job Summary
Conduct computer entry of customer orders, oversee EDI transactions, and maintain current knowledge of client promotional deals. Advise and enforce client minimum order quantity guidelines and pay terms while handling customer inquiries, problems, and complaints. Convey back order information to customers and process client claims with carriers for damages or loss. Edit and enter customer returns once authorization is received and maintain and verify inventory. Communicate daily with clients to provide requested information and liaise with the Account Receivable department for credit releases. This detail-oriented role supports Lynden Healthcare's third-party logistics solutions for human and animal health. The position requires a secondary school diploma and 3+ years of customer service experience, with a competitive salary and day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma
- 3+ years' in customer service or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and pleasant telephone manner
- Good interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, customers, staff and management
