Job Summary
Account Service Group Analyst responsible for mastering one of three areas (Billing, Data, or Pricing) to ensure operational effectiveness for the Account Services Group Business Unit. Duties include auditing master data in catering systems, interfacing with Buyers, SAP coordinators, Pricing/Data teams, and airline Executives; creating sophisticated financial models for airline clients; collecting and interpreting menu specifications; identifying discrepancies; supporting on-call coverage (weekends) and collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor airline specifications and meet lead times. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant analyst experience, SAP experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. Travel up to 30% and ability to work in a team-based environment are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited university or equivalent
- 3+ years of analyst work experience
- Experience in an SAP environment
- Experience in a operations/manufacturing environment
- Experience in a food production or food service environment
- Ability to communicate well with internal and external customers, verbally and in writing
- Proven analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team-based environment
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation including evenings and weekends roughly every two months
