Job Summary
Assists department/function heads to ensure the smooth and effective operations of the Macau Referral Programme (MRP). Responsibilities include providing superior sales service, data input in iPOS, communication support, adherence to quality standards, regular policy reviews, liaising with business partners, and preparing reports on MRP activities. Candidates should possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and may require a valid life insurance license.
Required Qualifications
- University / college graduate plus at least 3-4 years’ relevant experience
- Form Five graduate plus minimum 4-5 years’ relevant experience
- With a valid life insurance license
- Effective organization, planning and problem solving skills
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Administration knowledge in responsible area(s)
- Proficiency in Computer-literacy
