Job Summary
Account Sales Trainee will train with the Account Sales Managers, cover routes when needed, and support sales initiatives. Responsibilities include operating company vehicles legally, maintaining invoices and paperwork, delivering documentation, monitoring competitor activity, achieving KPIs for sales and merchandising, communicating across teams, keeping equipment clean, and upholding the company brand. Preferred candidates have strong communication, organization, time management, problem solving, and integrity; a high school diploma or equivalent is expected with DOT certification and background checks as part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clear background and drug testing
- Able to obtain or have a medical DOT certification
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of the beverage market preferred
