Job Summary
Account Sales Trainee role to train for Account Sales Manager. Responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives and providing route coverage for the ASM during vacations or special projects; maintaining customer relationships across sales, merchandising and operations for large and small format off-premise stores; operating company-owned vehicles in compliance with laws; processing invoices and paperwork; delivering documentation; monitoring competitor activities and new product launches; achieving monthly KPIs for sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts and merchandising; ensuring equipment is clean and in good condition; building and protecting the company brand; and performing other duties as assigned. Required skills include strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, time management, problem solving, and professionalism. Education/experience: high school diploma or equivalent preferred; background check and drug testing; ability to obtain/maintain DOT certification; prior sales experience and beverage market knowledge preferred. Physical tasks include lifting and moving heavy items, operating in various indoor/outdoor conditions. Compensation includes 401k with 4% match and comprehensive benefits.
