Job Summary
Account Sales Representative for Natera’s Women’s Health sales team, focusing on the Tallahassee territory with ideal proximity to Jacksonville. Partner with a top-performing Clinical Field Specialist to manage accounts, drive growth within existing customers, cultivate relationships, analyze territory dynamics, and execute sales processes. Leverage knowledge of Natera’s Women’s Health products and UX services, uphold compliance with Sunshine Act, Stark, and Anti-Kickback regulations, and complete required HIPAA/PHI training. Demonstrate independent problem-solving, strong communication, strategic planning, and collaborative teamwork to achieve and exceed territory sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Business, Science, or a related healthcare discipline
- Minimum of 1–3 years of successful sales experience, with a preference for individuals who know how to navigate the medical sales space
- Proven track record of sales success, individual performance, or competitive achievements
- Trained on a recognized Industry Sale Process Program such as SPIN Selling, Challenger, Janek, IMPAX, Wilson Learning etc.
