Job Summary
Account Sales Representative responsible for handling inbound and online automotive parts orders, identifying and selecting correct parts, building and maintaining relationships with accounts (body shops, repair shops, dealers, glass, jobbers) in the upper Midwest, providing pricing and order status updates, coordinating with inventory/warehouse for timely fulfillment, upselling additional products, resolving issues/returns, and maintaining records in dealership management systems.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive parts, sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills (phone and written)
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and parts (or willingness to learn)
- Experience with parts lookup systems (e.g., OEM catalogs) is a plus
- Familiarity with platforms like CDK or similar systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with dealership management systems
